Since Christopher Bailey was ordained as the Creative Director for the British powerhouse, his collections have become the most anticipated. With every collection Bailey reinvents the classic trench coat. This past Spring there was a sea of metallic trench coats. Just when I think, how can he top himself he comes with cropped bombers, cabans with an oversize button closure, animal printed trench coats, dual fabric overcoats, and coats with peplums . Bailey paired fabrics like cashmere and animal print calf hair, while embracing the oxblood red for the raincoat and chic mesh bustier dress The presence of color blocking was evident with zig-zags printed sweaters with tailored embellished pencil skirts and bowler hats.
