Major Bite: Jeffrey Campbell Shoes Spring 2010 Lookbook

Jeffrey Campbell as of late, has essentially become the leading choice and one of the most sought after brands for footwear for fashionistas worldwide. Jeffrey Campbell has been around for over nine years now but I’ve recently noticed over the past two seasons, his shoes have been coveted more than ever by bloggers and shoe fiends alike. His shoes are hard to keep stocked! They’re always selling out. Exhibit A – The Clinic wedge that is heavy demand that was just restocked yesterday on Solestruck.com is already sold out. Now that’s what I call influence. I just may have to resort to ebay to get my hands on  these beauties. Jeffrey Campbell knows how to cater to everyone with his collections and his most recent Spring/Summer 2010 collection is no exception. Take a look of the official lookbook below.. I love it!

Major Bite: H&M Spring 2010 Look Book

H&M never disappoints me when it comes to their new look books. Their new spring 2010 look book is with no exception. The clothing is divine and clearly all about construction – draping, ruching and cinching! Loving that gray blazer. The accessories are equally amazing — the wooden earrings and necklace, I need those in my life – pronto! What do you think lovies? Do you love what you see?

Currently Craving: Nicole Richie x House of Harlow 1960 Collection

Confessional:  I’ve loved Nicole Richie since her wacky and unfashionable if you will beginnings on ‘Simple Life’ [ I know I'm not the only one who remembers that show ] It’s been a pleasure to see Nicole transform over the years into a style icon. She is the poster child of Hippie Boho Chic and she never fails to pull it off. As I’ve stated before in the past, celebrity branded products normally don’t excite me and they practically bother me — unless they actually create a product worth buying. Such is the case for Nicole’s House of Harlow 1960 jewelry collection.  Every piece in the collection, I could easily see as a piece added to my wardrobe.  The feather earrings and resin necklace are my top picks. You can shop the entire collection at Shopbop! Happy shopping.

Major Bite: JCrew Spring ’09 Lookbook

jcrew

I must admit darlings that I’ve never particularly paid attention to JCrew in the past. I’ve always for some reason gotten the snobby preppy vibe from them. Maybe I was wrong in doing so. But their new Spring Collection is an indication that it is the opposite of that — and I am SOLD.  The theme for this collection was fusing fashion with art. Nothing new to the forefront, — but the execution is fresh and highly wearable.

I already have my fashion third eye on the tiered yellow skirt, the teal and gold  printed blouse with the gorgeous floral neck  embellishment & the khaki blazer with the ruffle detail around the lapel. The goal for this Spring Collection was to “mix bold vibrant hues with romantic silhouettes and softer muted pastels.“  I would say, that they achieved that goal without a hitch. The items shown below will be arriving at JCrew sometime in between February- April.  So stay glued to their website & your local JCrew store for releases.
